Regional Sales Manager – Spine - Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC & DirectHR (Binghamton, NY)

Spinal focused medical device company is looking for an aggressive Regional Sales Manager to maintain existing customer relationships in addition to growing the company's fast-growing neurosurgeon and orthopedic spine client-base in the New Orleans region. Using your operating room medical sales, sales training and sales management experience selling complex spine and spine fusion implants in surgery, you will develop your direct sales representative team and work closely with spine surgeons to drive revenue. Discover new opportunities and train new representatives who to build, establish and maintain business relationships. Development of Your Team - develop relationships with key opinion leaders and thought leaders who influence product usage or innovation of interbody fusion implants used in surgical fusion of the cervical, thoraco-lumbar and lumbar spine. Establish relationships with hospital personnel with a focus on orthopedic surgeons. Execute strategic sales plans to meet corporate expectations and goals. Track, forecast, and report revenue expectations on a weekly basis for the region. Recruit and manage a team of territory sales account managers. Qualifications 5 – 15 years of medical sales or sales management experience with an orthopedic spine focus. Contacts with both spinal surgeons and distributors within the region. Strong clinical knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, spinal implant systems such as pedicle screws, plates, cages, IBF devices, rigid and dynamic fusion and non-fusion systems. Stellar sales/sales management history with consistent top 20% performance over 5 years including awards such as Presidents Club, Sales Manager of the Year, Region of the Year, Rookie of the Year and similar.
